We are looking for a Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our onsite team in North Las Vegas, NV. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Fleet Operations Coordinator, you will work as a contract employee (extension to a longer-term contract available based on performance) working onsite at our client location in North Las Vegas, NV. This position is responsible for coordinating and ensuring a smooth operation onsite.
A Day in the Life
- Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel and advise on activities to maintain health of fleet
- Schedule and perform record keeping of all activities completed, whether by Vendor or managed by a third-party vendor
- Collaborate with Buyer and Customer to improve program and create greater efficiencies
- Schedule with third-party vendors corrective mechanical and body repairs as to be agreed upon by Buyer, Vendor, and Customer and which may be revised from time to time
- Key management of variable fleet units
- Perform detailed pre and post in-service inspections of the variable fleet
- Coordinate light detailing / washing / cleaning of variable fleet units
- Ensure the refueling of returned units
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years customer service or client account management experience is highly desirable, preferably in a B2B service environment
- 1+ years of managing rental or fleet vehicles with an understanding in customer service, maintenance, and inspections a plus
- Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must be onsite daily, able to drive and be on your feet up to 8 hrs per day
- Availability on some weekends and some holidays
As a contract employee, you will be employed through a 3rd party vendor supporting Element and one of our premier clients. The hourly rate for this position is $28.00 - $32.00 per hour.
