Food & Beverage Manager Job at Sirata Beach Resort
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for all the food and beverage production and service for the resort and hotel.
Currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual for the position of Food and Beverage Manager for our 382-room resort.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory-type position within restaurants with knowledge of beverage cost and sequence of service. Should possess a hands-on attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Directly supervise the Bar and Restaurant Supervisors and report to the Director of Food & Beverage. Plan and implement forecasts, hire, train and supervise associates and apply relevant marketing principles to assure that the wants and needs of guests are consistently exceeded.
