Front Desk / Call Center Team Member Job at Dental Care Group
As the first point of contact with our patients, the Director of First Impressions is a critical role in the success of our office. The Dental Care Group is looking for the right person to join our dedicated team. The Dental Care Group is a multi-specialty dental practice with offices in Aventura and Pembroke Pines and has been serving our community for over 47 years.
Job Duties:
- The ideal candidate will be a warm, cheerful and compassionate individual who enjoys interacting with adults and children.
- A key responsibility in this role is assisting patients in a non-clinical related matter, scheduling appointments and obtaining all necessary and relevant information from our patients with a pleasant and upbeat style.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year RECENT dental office front desk experience
- Working knowledge of key dental terminology and procedures.
- Experience working with dental software
- High School Diploma
Must be fluent in English. Spanish helpful, but not required.
