Nouveau Health & Wellness has a full-time opening for a front desk receptionist position with experience in a medical practice, surgical, or non-surgical plastic surgery. We have an amazing integrative and functional anti-aging medical practice in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens, on PGA Blvd! We need you to be an amazing support to our doctors, physician assistant, nurse practitioners, paramedics, and aesthetician in the practice. Job Details:
- Answer the phones
- Take messages
- Schedule patients/clients
- Thoroughly explain treatment(s) to clients and recommend other treatments that may benefit them/demonstrate product and service expertise
- Check in/out patients
- Assist Providers in exam rooms as needed
- Take messages
- Document all procedures
- Assist with front desk duties and responsibilities such as: answer the telephone, take messages, check in/check out, etc.
- Create an excellent experience for customers with a friendly attitude
- Must be well spoken, professional and welcoming
- Excellent communication skills and professional judgement
- Must be a team player
