Keller Williams Realty Mt. Juliet is looking for a talented individual for our part-time Front Desk position. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a strong desire to take full ownership over the front desk and its duties. Some of the duties include: answering telephones, greeting clients, maintaining office appearance, and more. This position provides support to the Leadership Team and our Agent-Partners. This position also oversees the office equipment such as the house computers and printers/scanners, etc.; communication systems and assists in organizing special events.
Qualifications Needed: above-average telephone skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, the internet, social media, effective listening & problem-solving skills, solution oriented. Knowledge of Real Estate practice and principles a plus! Ideal Candidate: Will be a bright, energetic team player who wears a permanent smile, will have a positive attitude and a deep commitment to relationship building, follow-up, customer service, has a strong work-ethic, work on multiple projects on a daily basis, be a self-starter and carry a professional demeanor. There could be possible growth opportunity for the right candidate. This is a part time position, Monday - Friday 9:00am to 3:00 pm.
