The expected schedule is
7:00 am - 2:00 PM (2HC)
1:30 pm to 7:30 PM (2HC)
Study Intake Coordinator
In this role you will work as part of a team to greet and answer initial study participant questions inlcuding intake of data information that support clients in consumer electronics and life sciences.
You will be responsible for:
- Greeting participants when they walk in
- Covid test protocol
- Provide consent forms to participants to complete
- Ask basic questions, including vision correction questions to the participants regarding the study
- Answer initial questions participants might have regarding the study (this is mainly logistics questions i.e. parking, study duration, payments)
- Enter participant data in the portal with 100% accuracy
- Match the participant QR code with the correct Moderator
Minimum qualifications:
- HS diploma or higher
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willing to work under strict NDA
- Willing to undergo 20-30 hours of job training
- Ability to work in teams with a strong desire to contribute
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience supporting research or study site
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Natick, MA 01760: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Greeting participants/front office: 1 year (Preferred)
- data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
