Front of House Staff positions are open for full-time and part-time fun-loving and energetic counter servers to join the team. Previous experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidates if you're new to the restaurant world.

Serving at the Skinny Pancake includes assisting guests, taking orders, running and bussing tables, crafting espresso drinks, pouring beer and wine, and mixing simple cocktails. The Front of House team works together to ensure a vibrant, clean, and successful workspace by sharing all responsibilities, from taking care of guests and watering plants to cleaning the espresso machine tasks and tips are shared. Hourly rates are guaranteed based on experience and skills mastered - no server wage here!
