Overview:

This position is responsible for proficiency in all areas of a retail operation. Duties include providing leadership and direction to store employees, ensuring a positive customer shopping experience and performing operational activities throughout the store.

Schedule: A combination of Day Shifts, Evening Shifs, and Weekend's. Some Holiday's required.

Responsibilities:

It is essential that you be available, adaptable, and service-oriented, as you must be able to fulfill all of the following requirements. This position is required to perform a combination of the following duties during their day:

• As a Keyholder you are responsible for assisting Store Management in store operations including: driving sales and profit, customer loyalty, planning, prioritization, and delegating of daily tasks.
• Supervise and manage daily store operations in Store Manager or Assistant Manager's absence.
• Perform Opening/Closing procedures.
• Transport and make deposits to the bank.
• Resolve customer complaints/issues and ensure the customer has a positive experience.
• Lead freight movement and inventory control.
• Train employees on the appropriate application of policies and procedures.
• Operate cash register/computer
• Adhere to loss prevention standards and respond to any alarm calls as needed.
• Complete all documentation associated with any of the above job duties.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Open availability
• Ability to move and transfer merchandise, weighing up to 40 pounds, throughout the store.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Strong sense of professionalism and work ethic.
• Have sharp organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be willing to complete a background check upon being selected.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
