The role...

We are seeking a personable, task-oriented individual to join Jot as a Fulfillment Specialist at our Boulder, CO facility. You will be tasked with accurately picking, packing, fulfilling orders, and assisting with inventory counts. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will strive to exceed team KPI’s while processing orders with the utmost care for every customer. Customer experience is integral to coffee - we have a unique opportunity to establish a completely new standard for how you purchase, prepare and enjoy your daily brew.

What you’ll do...

• Picking and packaging orders accurately and efficiently

• Inspecting all products and packages to meet quality standards

• Assist with cycle counts and month-end inventory

• Ensure a clean and safe work environment through 5s standards

• Uphold Jot’s mission and core values

• Participate in weekly meetings with the fulfillment team to problem-solve issues and drive improvements around KPI’s

• Be a part of a highly productive team while creating a fun work environment (Work hard, play hard)

What you’ll need...

• Previous warehouse experience desired but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day

• High school diploma/GED

• “Can Do” Attitude

• Naturally motivated by challenging goals
