Full-Time Human Resources Specialist Job at Dublin School Inc
Dublin School, an intentionally small 9-12 co-ed college preparatory boarding school located in beautiful, rural southwestern NH, is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to help build our Human Resources Department. Must have knowledge of compliance, payroll, and benefits. This position will work directly with the Director of Human Resources to implement procedures and build a welcoming space. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Primary Responsibilities·
- Conduct new hire orientations/benefits programs and exit interviews, and educating employees on benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain positive employee relations by ensuring a proactive, open environment to facilitate employee communication and responding to employee concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related governmental regulations and federal/state/local laws
- Update and maintain employee records
- Provide timely invoices to AP for insurance premiums
- Take on special projects as needed.
- Performing other duties and project work as assigned.

- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- The ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to act with confidentiality and carefully handle employee information, files, and sensitive matters
- Microsoft Office and database skills.
