In this role as a Furniture Installer you will be handling the last mile operations details for the tri-state area and beyond. This position is based out of our Secaucus, NJ warehouse but you'll be delivering and installing our products all over the country as your career with us evolves. We travel frequently so please consider the flexibility needed in your schedule to fulfill the requirements of this job. A quick summary of your daily duties...
Responsibilities
- Drive box trucks, maintain delivery schedule, coordinate delivery, flight & hotel bookings
- Interact with Customers in a professional & respectful manner
- Delivery, reconfiguration, removal, or installation of office furniture to customers and job sites
- Ensure sites are maintained, cleaned, safe, and organized
- Complete all required digital 'paperwork' accurately and timely
- Learn new processes
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Capable of working a flexible schedule
Basic Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years
- Ability to pass a background verification
- Ability to lift & move up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Minimum education - HS Diploma or GED
Preferred Abilities
- Straight truck/Moving truck driving experience
- Able to read and understand floor plans
- Installation and delivery experience
- Forklift certification
