What you'll be doing as a General Helper:
- Work with partner to assemble Pods to meet required production goals
- Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications
- Double-check connections to ensure they match and report issues to the Supervisor
- Inform supervisors of any defects in equipment or individual parts
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
- Physically able to lift, push, pull, up to 45 lbs. consistently through a 10-hour shift
- Maintain and assume responsibility for equipment (hand tools, etc.) that are issued
- Mechanical aptitude and good dexterity
- Ability to pick up repetitive task quickly
- Ability to commit to flexible schedule and prompt arrival for shifts
- Knowledge and ability to operate hand tools and small power tools such as drills, torque wrenches, socket tools, rubber mallet, levels and allen wrenches
- Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Must be comfortable working in a loud noisy environment that may or may not have climate control
- Some assignments have additional screening requirements, such as background checks
