Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, courteous service to members and guests of the Hershey Country Club. The working schedule may include morning, mid-day, evenings, weekends and holidays based on operational needs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a Driver's License in order to operate golf carts.
Additional Qualifications:
- Exceptional guest service skills.
- Ability to work independently and display initiative.
- Demonstrate professional image representative of property.
- Excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions:
- Physical requirements include standing and walking at least 95% of the shift, communicating clearly, walking, bending, pushing and lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to work under various inclement weather conditions.
- Schedule will rotate to cover hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.
- Shifts rotate according to needs. Morning, afternoon, and evening included.
