This position is a Part-time Graphic Designer (10-15 hours per week, 2 days in office in Norwalk CT) and will report to the VP Marketing and Communications.
We are a small and nimble team who all wear multiple hats to pitch in where and when necessary. This opportunity will grow your career in marketing, providing a platform to learn across all facets of any agency client team.
You will also work with the internal Inspira Marketing & Communications team to create outward-facing content for content marketing, thought leadership, social media assets, and other projects according to Inspira brand guidelines.

Graphic Designer General Duties & Responsibilities
- Design infographics for thought leadership
- Creatively executes case studies, including selecting photography assets, layout and design of case studies
- Translate white paper thought leadership into visually engaging, on-brand content
- Design email templates, ads, and other marketing assets

- Pursing a degree in Graphic Design
- Excellent writing, copy/editing skills and general communications skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects and work independently
- High level of detail-orientation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Expertise with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, & Canva)
- Ability to design utilizing Inspira/Enthuse brand guidelines
- An eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Strong relationship building skills and professionalism
Additional Information
The base compensation range for this job classification is $15.00/hour.
