Griswold Home Care of Greenville and Spartanburg is seeking a well-rounded Coordinator for our Senior In-Home Care business. The right candidate must be self-motivated and a team player, The Coordinator position is a supervisor/management role. The right candidate must be a good communicator, speaking with potential new clients/employees and calling current clients/caregivers regarding schedules or addressing concerns and issues. Also, the preferred candidate would have knowledge and experience in Human Resources, willing to assist with the hiring and screening process of employees. Scheduling experience, both clients/caregivers and putting information into the system such as client assessments and employee data. Our CRM is WellSky, (formally Clear Care), knowledge of this system would be preferred (experience with WEllSky would start you out at a higher pay) we are willing to train the right candidate.

Our coordinators do go out into the field to visit clients/caregivers when they have time to make sure everything is going well, and all are happy. There are times when our coordinators help assist or train new employees with proper techniques when an employee is looking for safer solutions in managing a client's care.

Griswold Home Care of Greenville and Spartanburg is located in Inman, SC and provides services to clients in Greenville, Spartanburg and Cherokee Counties.
