Looking to place a long-term reliable & trustworthy groundskeeper/porter. The starting schedule is 8 hours/week anytime Friday-Sunday on a set schedule, hours can be expanded upon need/candidate's schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Be kind and professional;
- Maintain the exterior of the property;
- Mow the lawn, trim the trees/bushes, spray & pull weeds, remove the trash from exterior trash cans;
- Remove dog debris and spray off all patios;
- Maintain the pool, brush, skim, and empty the baskets;
- Maintain the fountain;
- Walk the dog;
- Drive family vehicles as directed; and
- Errands and daily tasks as requested.
Desired Skills:
- Dependable and detail-oriented;
- Previous outdoor work experience;
- Ability to help out with basic handyman tasks (light bulb replacement to painting, drywall, & stucco); and
- Good with big dogs (9 month old Belgian Malinois) strongly desired.
Job Type: Part-time
