We are seeking guest service agents who enjoy working in a busy and fast-paced environment, and can communicate effectively with all types of guests. The main responsibilities of this position are to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay and that their needs are met. We have an excellent location with great views and a historic background, which would be ideal for anyone who likes interacting with people, always enjoys keeping busy and working in a sociable environment, or is interested in the hotel industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests courteously.
- Answer guest's questions.
- Answer guest's telephone calls.,Transfer calls as needed.
- Provide information to guests concerning available rooms, features and services of the hotel.,Make reservations.,Search availability of additional rooms/suites/amenities through computer linked to central reservation system.,Recommend nearby restaurants and activity centers.,Handle any problems that may arise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
