*** You must maintain a current Cosmetology License
- We offer up to 70% commission and start at 50%. In addition to the commission for services, we offer 10% commission on any salon products sold with a service.
- Opportunity to earn $1,000 Sign On Bonus. Based on service sales.
- No Chair Rental
- We provide ALL backbar products. We use Matrix (color line and products), Paul Mitchell, Redken, Mizani, Keracare, Sebastian, Sexy and more. Having us provide these products saves you time and money!!!
- FREE & PAID Continuing Education (Beauty Field Trainer at our salon once a week servicing clients and available to answer any questions).
- We offer Benefits like 401K (match up to 5%), Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
- Everyone who works for JCPenney is eligible for our Associate Discount. 20%-25% off items across the store in Women’s, Men’s, Kid’s, Fine Jewelry, Home, and JCPenney Beauty. Eligible dependents are allowed to use your discount as well.
- Paid Time Off - JCPenney offers the ability to earn time off so that you don’t miss out on pay if you are sick or want to take a vacation. Stylists that work 30+ hours are eligible for Paid Time Off within 6 months of hire. Stylists working 3 years or more and less than 30 hours are also eligible.
