We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager, Executor & Implementor to help us achieve our unique goals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, executing, and implementing strategies for our physical therapy office and health club, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients while maintaining a happy, inspired staff..

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee administrative tasks, such as appointment scheduling, billing, and record-keeping, to enable efficient and optimized workflows.

Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and efficient communication channels.

Foster a positive and inspiring atmosphere for staff, promoting professional development and personal growth.

Supervise staff recruitment, training, and scheduling, maximizing the use of available space and resources.

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports for senior management to achieve a 20% or greater profit margin.

Execute and implement strategies to enhance processes, address operational issues, and develop compliant systems.

Support the development and implementation of a residency program for PT/PTA, personal trainers, massage therapists, and athletic trainers.

Assist in the execution of a website refresh, brand update, and improved online presence.

Contribute to the remodeling of the facility for better service delivery and optimized use of space.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Strong background in office management or a related field.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Apple and Google Suite (preferred) or other office management software.

Onsite availability from 10am to 7pm, Monday-Thursday, and 8am to 5pm on Friday.

Part-time to full-time position, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and company needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
