Introduces consumers to the depth and breadth of services offered by SMHCS and assists them in finding solutions for their healthcare needs. Serves as a brand advocate for SMHCS. Required Qualifications - Require a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service setting. - Require constant approachability; ability for persons who need assistance to see the associate's smile, read lips, and hear voice clearly to ensure consistent and distinct communication.
