Caring Senior Service is currently searching for a Home Care Consultant with experience in the home care sector. The person must have strong ties with home health, hospice, health insurance providers, rehabilitation center, including general hospitals and nursing homes, adult daycare centers, or physical therapy clinics or any community organization dedicated to helping seniors and/or those living with disabilities.

Our agency provides CNAs to the homes of our clients to help with most or all their daily tasks such as grooming, dressing, meal preparation, medical and dental escort, mental and physical exercise, companionship, assistance with grocery shopping, medication reminder, light housekeeping, organizing and in general keeping the home free of any hazards. Our goal is to ensure our clients are healthy, happy and at home with the help of a CNA. Our CNAs are state certified, compassionate and good at what they do! They also have supervisors who regularly check in so it’s a team effort! We DO NOT provide medical care.

As a Home Care Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships, receiving referrals, and promoting our home care agency within Hospitals, Nursing Home community organizations, health insurance plans providers and physician practices throughout Cobb County, and surrounding areas. You will also be expected to help grow and develop client numbers.

Task Requirements:

· Determine which patients are qualified for the home care services we can offer.

· Cultivate and strengthen business ties with possible referral sources.

· Close sales with families and maintain ongoing follow up relationships with families and referral sources

· Creating and implementing a marketing strategy to achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual growth goals.

· Operate on your own with good work ethics, superior communication abilities, timeliness, devotion, and attention to detail.

· Recognize differences in culture and needs.

Professional Requirements:

Experience as a Healthcare/Home Care Marketer of at least one years will be considered

Must be meticulous, self-driven, and organized.

Ability to multitask.
