We currently have 12 locations around the San Francisco Bay Area and 1 location in San Diego! Including a brand-new location in Sunnyvale, accompanied by additional openings in Southern California in the next year!!

SCHEDULE

This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Hours may be different every week and schedules are not set or guaranteed. Weekend availability is a must.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Must have a valid California Food Handler Card

· Must have a valid Responsible Beverage Service Certification (RBS)

· Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

· A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant Team Members.

· Be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with Guests, inviting Guests in, seating Guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phone.

· Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload. Ability to prioritize well and remember all Guest requests.

· Embraces all Pacific Catch’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards.

· Ability to operate a POS system and Open Table Software.

· Ability to accurately handle cash and all financial transactions.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

· High school education required. Hospitality or other degrees are a plus.

· Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred.

PHYSICAL

· Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length.

· Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds.
