Based in Beverly Hills, UTA is seeking a professional Housekeeper who will be able to attend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to supervise the work activities of the housekeeping personnel to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests and employees that will contribute to maintaining and strengthening our reputation.
This role will pay $18.50 per hour.
What You Will Do:
- General office, workspace, and kitchen maintenance
- High volume set up and break down of office and conference room meetings
- Stock kitchen supplies and maintain kitchens for cleanliness
- Weekly deep cleaning of fixtures and replace any supplies as needed
- Maintain all equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
- Ensure all pantries are stocked based on Agent or Executive preference
- Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills or broken items
- Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action
- Creates and implements detailed cleaning protocols for conference rooms and pantries
- Implements monthly inspections of pantries
- Implements monthly inspections of conference rooms to detect maintenance issues
- Maintains inventory of food and supplies on weekly basis
What You Will Need:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience providing high level customer service
- Proven ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
- Must be willing to communicate with employees at all levels
- Positive upbeat attitude
- Must have a team mentality and be willing to go the extra mile
- High school degree
