Compensation: $3,696 - $4,494/month ($21.32 - $25.93/hour), commensurate with experience within this range; a $50-$90/month bilingual stipend may be included depending on fluency.

Under the general direction of the Administrative Support Manager, may report to an assigned Housing Specialist for daily assignments and provide support to the Housing Inspector. Responsible for key processing within the assigned housing program; performs moderately complex, administrative and clerical work requiring substantial knowledge of housing management program operations. Additional Functions, Employment Standards and Requirements are detailed in the Job Description.

The compensation range listed above consists of 5 steps with a 5% increase between each step. Offers of employment are generally made at the first step in each range but a higher starting step may be considered based on the successful candidates’ qualifications. New hires are eligible for a pay increase upon completion of the 6-month introductory period and every year following, up to the top of the range. Compensation includes a generous benefits package; additional details are available on the Benefits & Paid Time Off summary in the application packet. HASLO operates on a 9/80 work schedule: Mon to Thu 7:30am to 5:00pm and every other Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (office is closed alternate Fridays); however, some schedules may vary based on the needs of the assigned department.
