Job Summary:
The Human Resources Benefit Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and administering employee benefits programs and policies for an organization. This role requires a strong understanding of benefits regulations, data analysis, and communication skills. The Human Resources Benefit Analyst will work closely with employees, managers, and benefits vendors to ensure the smooth operation of the organization's benefits programs and to support the overall well-being and satisfaction of employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of the organization's benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other employee benefit plans
- Data Analysis: Analyze benefits data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Employee Support: Provide timely and accurate information and assistance to employees regarding benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Benefits Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate and engage employees in understanding and utilizing their benefits programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, benefits analysis, or related roles.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
