Job Description:
The Human Resources Specialist (Licensure, Certification, Agency) is responsible for maintaining Workday system and ensuring proper credentials for contract employees working within the facility in order to meet Joint Commission regulations. The HR Specialist is responsible for tracking, verification, data-entry, and expiration communications required for all licensure and certifications within the Louisville and La Grange hospitals. This key position requires strong attention to detail and a deadline-oriented mindset.
Job Requirements:
Associate degree or greater required; however, a combination of education and or experience may be acceptable in lieu of a degree.
One or more years of experience as an HR specialist or department administrative support role preferred.
Very strong skills in MS Office software – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint specifically required.
Workday experience is preferred.
