Asleep Weekend Shift – Saturday 8:00am – Monday 8:00am (Monday-Friday off)
Asleep Weekend Shift
The shift will start Saturday 8:00am - Monday 8:00am. This will require you to stay on center. You will be provided a designated room that only you will have access to. Per the State of Vermont, you are allowed up to 5 hours of sleep with pay daily and the center will also provide 4 extra hours of personal time each day that will allow you to leave campus for personal needs.
Education and Training Resources seeks dynamic individuals for all shifts in Independent Living.
Our Independent Living Advisors provide guidance to students in the dormitories and help them gain the life skills needed for achievement in the program, employment and self-sufficiency. At Northlands Job Corps Center, operated by Education and Training Resources (ETR), we have creative and caring staff who help our students realize their full potential.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Foster effective group living relations and promote a positive atmosphere
- Direct dorm activities and assist with recreational activities
- Ensure a safe living environment and assist students with cleaning and maintenance
- Serve as a role model; mentor and monitor students
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license

Saturday 8a- Monday 8a
Monday-Friday off
