Insurance Restoration Sales Job at True North Remodeling
Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
Participate in Monday and Thursday sales meetings from approximately 11:00AM - 12:00PM
Be available for scheduled and impromptu appointments, prospecting, etc.
Prospect neighborhoods for homeowners within our service area that could benefit from our services
Schedule appointments with homeowners within a 24-hour period of the initial meeting, or soon thereafter
Meet with homeowners and provide them with a thorough understanding of our process
Build value in the company by disclosing all company and vendor related information
Perform an exterior inspection of the property
A roof exterior inspection consists of, but is not limited to, walking the entire roof to assess any potential
[storm] damage. If the exterior inspection results in an Insurance Claim, the Sales Representative is responsible for guiding homeowners through the entire Insurance Claim Process:
Schedule Adjuster Meetings o Schedule Proposal Review o Collect of Outstanding Balances
Retrieve accurate measurements electronically and manually
Perform an interior inspection of the property with homeowners o A roof interior inspection consists of, but is not Limited to, a thorough attic inspection Educate homeowners on affordable solutions that our products and services will provide
Perform ethical closing techniques in attempt to solidify a contract on the first visit
Thoroughly explain each line item of the contract to homeowners, complete necessary paperwork, including finance documents and contracts, and completing the entire transaction
Inform homeowners of our process and production cycle post sale
Provide all results to the Sales Manager at the point of sale
Submit all paperwork and deposits to the office within 24-hours of the sale
Provide any necessary follow-up and customer service that is required of the Sales Manager and/or customers
Non-EssentiaL Job Functions:
Conduct weekly sales meetings, as needed Assist or mentor new Sales Representatives Recruiting
Qualifications:
Highschool Diploma or GED
Competitive and results driven
Ability to develop client relationships quickly
Prior B2C sales or industry-related experience is desired
Travel may require significant time spent driving
While performing the duties of this position, the Ladder Assist Team is regularly required to talk or hear, operates inside and outside dealing with all climate conditions in the office neighborhoods, and local venues, and is frequently required to stand; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel,
Lift approximately 50 pounds of uneven weight and climb a ladder to a point 1 - 3 stories in height
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
