Mygrant Glass is looking for an Inventory/Floor Lead with the following qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for all employees and activities at the branch
• You will be responsible to properly maintain high value inventory
• You will be responsible to provide and maintain excellent customer service by developing, monitoring, scheduling, and consistently maintaining deliveries to all of our valued customers
• You will be responsible to accurately schedule employees and shifts with safety, productivity, and customer service in mind.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven leadership and team building skills Live and work with a very high level of integrity Ability to cultivate a culture of teamwork, customer focus, and respect
• Keen eye for detail and safety Numerous years of experience with inventory control, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting
• Direct involvement in developing customer service experiences and exceeding expectations
• High level of experience with Microsoft products
• Proven track record of a minimum of 2 years in leading of at least ten employees including recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent
• Experience with both fleet and MHE safety and maintenance
• Experience with pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, and a current forklift license is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Physical Requirements Include: walking, stooping, and lifting up to 75 pounds and standing for extended periods of time.

Job Requirements:

• Supervising shipping and warehouse employees
• Direct the warehouse physical inventory process
• Stocking and maintaining the warehouse inventory
• Motivate team of warehouse employees
• Coordinate warehouse shipping and receiving, including supervising warehouse and delivery staff
• Experience with pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, and a current forklift license is a plus.
• Manage the inventory and warehouse functions for the regional central supply warehouse
• Accomplish warehouse damage control goals
• Maintaining accurate inventory and receiving records of all warehouse shipping supplies
• Manage an accurate inventory of warehouse materials
• Maintain inventory control and stock warehouse with consumables
• Supervise warehouse associates and team
• Supervise all warehouse and distribution activity
• Maintained for warehouse order fulfillment operations
• Improve warehouse level service performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
