Ledgent Technology has once again partnered with a key employer in the Canby market for their open IT Help Desk Analyst role!
- As the IT Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining users' IT resources, the IT infrastructure, and operations at our plant.
- This position will ensure that all systems, hardware, and software are up-to-date and functioning properly, and that our employees have the support they need to perform their job functions.
- Manage and resolve Help Desk tickets on site.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings.
- Communicate with other IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, including data privacy regulations.
- Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support to end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networking equipment.
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades and improvements as needed.
- Train and support employees on the use of IT systems and applications.
- Managing on-premises file servers and print resources.
The successful candidate will possess the following combination of experience, knowledge, and skills:
- At least 3 years' experience in an IT support or administration in a Windows environment.
- CompTIA A+ Certification, preferred.
- CompTIA Network+ Certification, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), and/or ITIL Foundation Certification, a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to read, speak, and understand English. Bilingual is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and data privacy regulations.
- Experience setting up laptop's users; familiarity with imaging solutions.
- Experience working with Active Directory (On-prem and Azure) and Microsoft O365.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, preferred.
