Job File Auditor Job at SERVPRO of Palm Springs
Primary Responsibilities
- Job File Coordination - monitoring job file status, maintain job file work in progress, and ensure client requirements are followed
- Job File Documentation - review and validate initial field documentation, create preliminary estimate, perform daily job file coordination and perform job file backup
- Job File Communication and Reporting - complete and review job file documentation for upload and audit process, and perform job close-out
- Invoice/Payments - ensure work in progress and accounts receivables spreadsheets are kept accurate, and maintain filing system for all jobs
- Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
- Assist other departments, as needed
- 2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
- Experience with billing, preferred
- Experience in service industry environment, preferred
- Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software
- Minimum of HSD/GED
- Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday
- Flexible to work overtime when required
