Bradford-Scott Sharetec: Jr. Programmer

Job Description

Our Jr. Programmers are primarily responsible for installing and supporting core financial software for our clients. They also use their strong technical skills for writing, coding, and testing software programs and applications, as well as perform other duties as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support clients and co-workers in resolving software issues.
• Communicate project and/or case progress and any potential issues to management so a speedy resolution can be achieved.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure project and case success.
• Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Requirement for Consideration

• C#, Angular, and JavaScript proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or IS related degree, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• 3+ years of experience in computer/database programming, shell scripting, or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Progress/OpenEdge is preferred.
• Experience in Unix/Linux/Red Hat preferred.
