- Completion of background check
- Completion of Batrus-Hollweg assessment
- Must complete ServSafe (or other CA approved food safety) certification
- Complete AB1825 Anti-harassment training per CA law
- Tests completed with a minimum score of 95%
- Approved by Area Director and V.P. of Operations
