About the Position

Responsible for the oversight of daily SCIS Catering Security operations to ensure compliance with TSA regulations, Airline Customer security directives, and SCIS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor daily shift activities, associate performance, and perform internal quality inspections to maintain a compliant and safe work environment. Responsible for completing other applicable duties as required and / or requested by City Manager/Supervisor.

Essential Job Functions

  • Maintain established processes that support adherence to TSA, Customer, and Local Airport regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all SCIS SOPs, and relevant HR policies and procedures.
  • Trained and capable of working all applicable positions.
  • Responsible for directly overseeing hourly associates work performance and compliance to requirements.
  • Responsible for directly compiling data/information as required for work performance and/or investigative purposes.
  • Responsible for direct compilation of associate schedules and related productivity objectives.
  • Train and direct associates through established processes, objectives, rules, practices, and SOPs.
  • Mentor new associates through training process using progress meetings.
  • Conduct daily work group meetings and communicate associate and performance feedback.
  • Oversee shift responsibilities.
  • Provide local operational support in project management, associate recruitment, and training.
  • Support key associate safety initiatives and programs.
  • Directly responsible for the administration of company policies; Payroll Wage & Hour compliance and attendance programs.

Preferred Education and Desirable Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Prior work experience in a related field; i.e. quality control, auditing, security inspection is a plus
  • Valid identification (valid Driver’s License may be required)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, legibly write, speak English as necessary for safe and efficient operations
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check process in compliance with federal and regulatory guidelines
  • Must pass-pre employment drug test
  • Ability to work in a 24 hour, 7 day a week shift environment
