The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our restaurant management team. You will be responsible for helping to lead the Culinary (Kitchen & Food Prep) operation focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, establishing systems. Responsibilities:
- Learn and work daily in the Back of House area of the restaurant.
- Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the department.
- Assist in developing and growing all leaders in the department.
- Help establish and achieve all labor goals.
- Help establish and achieve all food cost goals.
- Assist in creating and implementing all systems for the department.
- Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for service scores in the department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in restaurant management.
