We will provide drinks through out the day, Pay is really dependent on experience . WE are looking to hire immediatley, We are an extremley laid back and easy to work with as long as your honest with us we will work with you, We are 1099 pay. We are looking to hire a foreman in the near future as we are building the tennessee chapter. The person will be picked internally with a substantial raise and other perks (as well as added responsibilites. We are looking for a Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various manual labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and cleaning up job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to lift heavy objects, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary.
• Operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Work with a team to complete tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
