Landscape Coordinator Job at Boca Grande Club, Inc.
Association Property Management office looking for a Association Landscape Coordinator.
Duties include the following:
- Monitor irrigation for leaks or if the numbers are running higher than normal, work with the Landscape contractors to keep the irrigation volume at correct amounts
- Inspect scheduled daily Association landscapes and complete daily report, so they can be sent out as scheduled to the Boards.
- Meet with the Landscape Contractors to discuss issues or problems and determine a possible solution or direction.
- Monitor Associations for pests and diseases in the turf and shrubs.
- Report the irrigation readings to the Associations on a monthly basis on inspection reports.
- Communicate and work with the APM Manager, Board Members and Homeowners to assure that the Landscaping throughout the properties are doing well.
- Work with Association Property Management Team to achieve team building.
- Computer skills a must – Ability to communicate to Board of Directors via email
- Monthly inspection reports created via word document
- Attend Association Board Meetings to report on landscaping or irrigation concerns

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
