A day in the life of a landscaper/hardscaper includes installing paver patios, constructing retaining walls, planting plants, operating machinery and transforming a beautiful backyard.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES (but not limited to):

• Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials in various stages of landscape project.
• Timely completion of assigned tasks, including cutting block, laying pavers, setting retaining walls, digging plants, etc.
• Assisting other team members in landscaping/hardscape projects, including retaining walls, patio pavers, water drainage, rock beds and more.
• General drainage work and burying downspouts.
• Install LED low voltage outdoor lighting.
• Basic grading, seeding, and sodding.
• Deliver soil, rock, block and other landscaping materials to job sites.
• Expertise in operating a skid loader, dingo skid steer and backhoe is a bonus!
• Maintaining a professional attitude and a willingness to learn new things.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Self-starter that can stay focused on a project from start to finish.
• Perform heavy lifting and work in all weather conditions.
• Has a great attitude and high integrity.
• CDL Driver License

Compensation:

• Full time. ($20 - $35 an hour based on experience and skills)
• Signing Bonus. (received after 90 days of employment with perfect attendance)
• 401K with 3% company match.
• 4 paid holidays.
• 2 week paid vacation/paid-time-off after 90 days.
• Company uniform provided.

Schedule:

• Full time 40+ hours a week. Overtime hours during peak season.
• Monday to Friday.
• 8am-6pm
• No weekend work.
