Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience and possess an eye for detail. Other requirements for this position include the following:works well with others,outstanding customer service,valid drivers license,reliable transportation,ability to read landscape plans,excellent communication skills with both customers and employees,willingness to work side by side w/ employees, manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of jobs and crew, delegate responsibilities effectively, Knowledge of plant material,motivated and able to lead, ability to develop a team atmosphere and motivate employees, accurately fill out paperwork, such as, daily route sheets, equipment maintenance, etc.manage equipment and schedule preventative maintenance, represent company in a professional manner
