• We are a small daycare in Kyle that services families with 6 weeks to 35 months old children. We are a Texas Rising Star accredited school with a 4 out of 4-star rating.

• We are looking for a lead toddler teacher for our 18 month-35 month old class. We are also looking for afternoon assistant teachers for our 1 year old class. Preferred schedule would be a split shift from 8am-12pm and 2pm-6pm (break from 12pm-2pm) for the lead position (can adjust schedule as needed) and 12pm-6pm or 2pm-6pm for our afternoon assistant.
• We are flexible with the scheduling but would prefer a consistent schedule Monday-Friday. We are able to accommodate a flexible work schedule between the hours of 6:30a.m. to 6:00p.m.
• We offer flexible work schedules and a fun work environment.

Job Eligibility requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. 18 years or older. Willing to undergo a background check and fingerprinting. Willing to get certified in CPR and 1st aid if not already certified.
• A passion for education in early childhood development is a plus!

Job duties would include:

• Changing diapers, helping students meet their developmental milestones, and complete trainings to learn more about Early Childhood Education (these are paid trainings!)
• PAID Collaboration Day: 2 hour period, without children, to plan and decorate your classroom

• Assistant teachers, under the direction of the lead teacher, help to establish developmentally appropriate room arrangement, décor, and learning environment in the classroom, consistent with the program’s philosophy and goals.
• When in a classroom teachers should provide a safe, healthy, stimulating learning environment where each child can grow and learn in a warm, accepting place.
