Primary Responsibilities
- Design and implement leadership programs.
- Deliver programs through synchronous or asynchronous methods.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to curate learning experiences.
- Support and manage global learning initiatives.
- Leverage tools and strategies to measure learning effectiveness.
- Identify organizational learning needs and provide strategic, innovative and effective solutions.
Required
- 5-8 years of experience designing, implementing and assessing learning programs in a corporate environment.
- Master degree in Education, Curriculum, Design, Organizational Leadership or equivalent.
- Sit in the EST, CST, or MST time zones within the US to best support our global team.

- Actively partner with the learning team and organizational stakeholders to identify performance and behavior gaps that can be addressed with high impact learning solutions.
- Design and deliver leadership experiences and programs for people leaders.
- Leverage tools, frameworks and various learning modalities to engage learners.
- Evaluate learning solutions and leverage program management skills to iterate and revise.
- Generate personas, evaluate leadership proficiencies and implement innovative solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to co-create content and experiences that meet the needs of our leader learners.

- Ability to design and develop high impact learning experiences in virtual, face to face and asynchronous/ondemand environments.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate remote tools to engage learners and design meaningful experiences and environments for learning.
- Adopt a buy, borrow or build mindset to achieve our organization's learning objectives.
- Adapt and flex to new and changing business needs and strategy.
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with appropriate sense of urgency.
- Collaborate and partner with teams and stakeholders with a client-centric mindset.
- Proactive, self-directed, responsible, and able to creatively implement an action plan with limited guidance.
- Advanced understanding of the neuroscience of learning, leadership certifications, competency assessments and disruptive trends.
- Effectively partner and communicate with a global audience.
- Demonstrates skills to proactively engage with our remote/hybrid organization.

Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
Colorado Salary Range: $103,000-105,500
[This position is eligible for equity awards in accordance with the terms of Contentful's equity plans.]
