We are seeking a Leasing Program Manager to provide support to GSA PBS sites in Philadelphia, PA, Kansas City, MO, and Washington, DC, and to join our collaborative, innovative, customer-centric culture. This position is hybrid and is required to work on-site a minimum of one day a week to complete job duties.

The successful candidate will oversee the Lease Administration Section, Realty Support Branch activities. This team is responsible for all leases located in the Northeast and Midwest regions of the United States as well as Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a staff of administrative and management support professionals working in multiple locations.
  • Serve as the customer's Primary Point of Contact.
  • Direct report to the company's president.
  • Provide oversight of contract to include its deliverables, quality, and timeliness.
  • Establish, communicate, and monitor employee goals and objectives.
  • Create and maintain a culture of high performers and support employee professional development.
  • Ensure tasks and projects are documented and completed thoroughly and timely.
  • Identify lessons learned, best practices, and process improvements.

Education & Experience:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Superior customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) or equivalent experience:
    • 3+ years experience with a related MA/MS degree, OR
    • 4+ years experience with a related BA/BS degree, OR
    • 5+ years experience with no related degree.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to define situations, document data, and draw conclusions.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools.
  • Experience managing Federal government programs, highly preferred.
