Job description
Estate and Business Planning law firm in Snelling Avenue in Saint Paul is looking to hire a full-time legal assistant with at least one year of experience working as a legal assistant. Job duties will include:
1. Document and letter preparation;
2. Client scheduling;
3. Client communication in obtaining client documents and records;
4. Real estate document recording;
5. State court document filing;
6. File management; and
7. Preparation of trust and probate accounts.
