Letter of Credit Specialist Job at Phyton Advisors
We are currently on a search for one of our Top Tier Investment Banking firms that is currently looking for a Letter of Credit Professional to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to be the single point of contact for the Letter of Credit process. Responsible for proactive communication with client teams, clients and business partners, as well as for tracking and accountability throughout the process.
Skills Preferred:
- The team performs two main functions - facilitating the issuance of new and amended letters of credit, and processing the auto-renewal of letters of credit. This position is open on the team that handles new and amended letters of credit (New | Mod team). The New | Mod team has customer-facing responsibilities throughout the process. The team prepares and reviews Letter of Credit documentation in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. They manage providing excellent client service and holding business partners accountable for executing in a timely manner.
- This position is responsible for the expedited resolution of escalated client’s requests, leveraging resources across other functional areas. Monitors the timeliness of the overall LC fulfillment process. Understands the end-to-end process and utilizes professional judgment in determining appropriate resolution of client needs. Must be client focused, build and sustain relationships, transcend silos to achieve swift adoption. Communicate crisply and candidly to drive client satisfaction. Must be enthusiastic about working with customers and line partners over the phone.
The role will be onsite 5 days a week based out of either the Jacksonville, FL | Phoenix, AZ | Richardson, TX office. Compensation package will include Base Salary + Bonus + 401K Match + PTO + Benefits.
