We are looking for professional, licensed, and experienced Affordable Care Act insurance sales representatives to join our rapidly growing office in Deerfield Beach. Our ideal candidate will be able to quickly assess the eligibility of prospective clients and enroll them in ACA-compliant insurance policies. Responsibilities:

• Quickly and accurately assess the eligibility of prospective clients for Affordable Care Act-compliant health insurance policies.
• Accurately quote customers based on their unique health conditions, needs, and requirements.
• Maintain a below-average CPA while maximizing the number of customers successfully enrolled in ACA-compliant coverage.
• Fit in well with our company culture of positivity and professionalism.

Requirements:

• You must hold an active 2-15 or 2-40 license and have at least 6 months of experience selling Affordable Care Act-compliant health insurance.
• Have an active 2023 FFM certification (if you have sold ACA in the past and need to renew, you can still interview for this position, but you must have the certification activated prior to beginning your employment with us).
• Reliable transportation to and from the office is mandatory. Excuses will not be tolerated.
• The schedule is 9am-6pm Monday through Friday. You must be able to work the full schedule, with no part-time hours or telecommuting.
• Be punctual, professional, courteous, and ambitious to succeed!

Compensation:

• Base pay is $18 per hour! Yes, this is a sales job that has a base pay!
• On average, agents earn anywhere from $1,000 to $3,000 per week, depending on performance. Top closers have the potential to make even more.
• A breakdown of the commission structure can be provided during your scheduled interview time.
