The Alternative Community Corrections Program (ACCP) is a Tennessee Department of Correction treatment provider for non-violent felony offenders administered through the First Tennessee Human Resource Agency (FTHRA). The program provides comprehensive, intensive outpatient treatment and court ordered supervision for clients with addiction issues within the First Judicial District of Northeast Tennessee.
We are looking to hire fulltime a Treatment Manager based at our headquarters in Johnson City. (on-site)
What You Will Be Doing.
Our Treatment Manager works in an outpatient setting leading group therapy sessions, completing client assessments, preparing individual treatment plans and conducting treatment team meetings. Supervises treatment team of 5 including 1-2 masters prepared paid interns. Closely collaborates and coordinates treatment with other ACCP teammates.
Education, Licenses & Skills You Need.
Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field required.
Active TN State License is required as LADAC II, LCSW, LPC or LPC with MHSP required. (LADAC II with LCS preferred)
Two years’ work experience in mental/behavior health and/or addiction counseling required. (supervisory experience preferred)
Experience leading treatment groups with drug addiction focus or Substance Use Disorder setting preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Excel) and Google platforms (Docs/Sheets).
