Local Home Health Care seeking full, part time, and PRN LPN's to visit patients in their homes in the Pueblo area. Come Join Our Team! Weekend help needed!
JOB SUMMARY: Nurse that provides skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, follows the plan of care, provides basic client/family teaching, communicates, and coordinates care with other team members. Must be able to critical think.
**Colorado state LPN license required with home care experience, as well as current drivers license and C.P.R. certification. Competitive pay and benefits are offered for this position.
