Under the leadership of the Registered Nurse, the LPN will be providing coordinated care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
Shifts Available:
Hours: 7a-3pm, 3p-11pm, 11p-7a
Status: Full-time and Part-time

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care responsibilities to patients
- Supervise CNAs
- Administer medications and treatments timely and according to policy
- Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders
- Follow established procedure for charting
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Valid LPN License in the State of FL
- CPR/BLS certified
- Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Point Click Care experiences is preferred
