Iowa Athletic Club, made-from-scratch Restaurant and Sport Bar located in Coralville, IA next to the new Xtream Arena is looking for full-time and part-time Line Cooks to join our growing team. Pay: $15 and up based on experience
Schedule: Part-time and Full-time openings! Typically work 3-6 shifts per week depending on your availability.

Line Cook Job Responsibilities:
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sauteing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
- Exceptional communication skills- the ability to communicate clearly with the Chefs or highest management on the line.
- Other duties as assigned
