East Branch Brewing Company in Downingtown, PA is currently seeking energetic cooks to join our team.
We are looking for full-time line cooks to join our small crew and be a part of a busy and growing restaurant. The job requires line cooking, and prep cooking during every shift. The kitchen is open Wednesday through Sunday so availability on those days is a must. Kitchen staff is usually done by 9:30 p.m.
A typical shift involves following a daily prep list, setting up and backing up your station for service, maintaining a clean and efficient station throughout service, and eventually breaking down and cleaning the kitchen at the end of the night.
This is great opportunity for someone to hone in on culinary fundamentals or build onto an existing skillset.
The ideal candidate will have:
